KIRKUS REVIEW

A rattling rhyme about Budd who collects junk as much for the cronks and zonks his wagon emits as for the stuff he finds. So that when grouchy old Biddle nabs his first, its replacement won't do until it's dented; then he trundles it over to Biddle and shows him a lock and a chain. Scrappy, and easy to scrap.
