SLAYGROUND

Another in the continuity featuring castiron Parker who emerges from his lakeside cottage with Claire to do an occasional job. The basic plot (it's usually the same) can be frisked in the first chapter -- namely a robbery and a chase, but the sound of the sirens, the glare of the headlights, and this time, the distortions of a fun house are mesmerizing.
