KIRKUS REVIEW

How Little Rabbit's kindness comes home when, finding two turnips, he leaves one on Little Donkey's doorstep and Little Donkey, having some potatoes, passes it on to Little Sheep, who passes it on to Little Doe, who delivers it to Little Rabbit. . . who gobbles it up. Rather in the nature of a Little Golden Book though even briefer--but prettily (if quite disproportionately) pictured and potentially useful, especially at the price, for the seldom-served smallest.
