GEORGIE TO THE RESCUE

Once again we meet the friendly little ghost that haunted the Whittakers' New England attic in Georgie (back in 1944). This time circumstances project Georgie, the ghost, Herman, a cat, and Miss Oliver, an owl, into city life with humorous difficulties. Herman has been taken along by the Whittakers, when they close their house and go to a city hotel. And George and Miss Oliver are on their own. The owl winds up in the zoo, and her friends are at considerable pains to remove her. And again they are relieved when it is time to go home to their comfortable attic again. Nightblue pictures by the author provide additional details. Somewhat perishable format for the handling it will be subjected to.
