PRE-COLLEGE FOOTBALL by Robert Copper Darr

This should be helpful for the high school or preparatory school faculty member on whose shoulders the job of coaching football is laid. There are many who are expected to do this without anything but an observer's background, and with no personal experience. Here is an answer to their S O S -- not too technical, although every phase of the game as it might be met in pre-college set-ups, is discussed, from conditioning players, laying out program for daily round, general schemes of playing each position, and a simple group of plays. Good football philosophy.
