HEADACHES, THEIR NATURE AND TREATMENT

A brief medical description of headaches, their causes and possible alleviation, which points to the conclusion that while the mechanism is known- the source is usually psychosomatic. Migraine headaches (on which Dr. Harold Wolff is the outstanding authority), headaches from muscle tightness in the head and the neck, and the so called ""sinus headache"" are the three most common conditions- and in the first two types personality factors and conflicts are 90% responsible. The therapy here is of course largely psychiatric but there is something too about pain killers and specifics for immediate use.... A definite if circumscribed market here.
