KIRKUS REVIEW

The creator of The Littlest Rabbit comes up with another gem -- a switch on the foxy-spider image- this spider really wants company in his parlor! But the fly has evidently inherited a valuable lesson. Even when spider lies on the ground in a dead faint, fly won't go near him, No sir! ""You are the most suspicious fly I ever met"", mourns the sick spider, ""And will never eat"", replies the cynical fly. It takes the intervention of a third party - ladybug - to arbitrate, and the descent of a common enemy to unite the trio forever.
