KIRKUS REVIEW

Comic chaos and family fun resulting from the domestication of a rabbit assumed to be male until he proved otherwise by producing prolific progeny are pictured here with the soft furriness and impish antics so special to young children. Increase, the rabbit, cachewed the rabbit warren and moved into the kitchen, munching his way through assorted hats, chairs and cookie crumbs. But nonetheless, he -- or she- proved such a local favorite, that all the baby rabbits were sold to envious friends of the four Warren children. The story is set in New Hampshire. Artist Tasha Tudor was just the right choice for her illustrations in soft are gentle and perfect complements to a recognizable story of bunny-fun.
