VOLLEY BALL by Robert Laveaga

Robert Laveaga is Director of Physical Education at the Boston Y.M.C.A. Since the introduction of volley ball in 1895 it has been recognized as an excellent way to get healthful exercise without too violent play. Since 1922 there have been yearly championships and there is a United States Volley Ball Association. This book on a widely accredited sport covers in systematic fashion the general idea of play, then specific technique of attack, service and defense. A book of step by step instruction for the novice, but one which offers new suggestions for the seasoned player also. For Y circles, schools, clubs and colleges.
