CRIMSON CREEK

Ben Logan, came to Medicine Lodge, Montana, in 1897 for a rest cure after almost working himself to death on the tough railroad tunneling at Landers' Notch, immediately sets himself square in the middle of another bruising brouhaha that involves a vile ranch foreman, the ranch owner's lovely daughter, her poor mad brother and studeorn father, and some even poorer peaceable indians who are in the way of ambition. The outcome of all this is preordained. Basic fare.
