Pub Date: Oct. 17th, 1967
Publisher: New American Library

This is a hop, skip and jump collection of Ruark's writings, cavalier, churlish, not really cheap (but the ""sezzi"" bit) about women...back to mother, a dominant gene, who led him to suspect that other women were combative, competitive, and Usually insuperable. These observations from his columns along with floral tributes to Piaf, Simone Signoret, Margaret Mitchell, Queen Elizabeth. The rest of the collection; circa half, features the lovelies of his novels from his first, Grenadine Etching, to two from that last book of his. Hardly seems worth posthumously perpetuating or commemorating.
