FULLER AT HARVARD

A son of one of Harvard's stars is a hard luck kid and seems to fumble the chances that come to him. You can't help liking him, in spite of his hard luck and bad judgment. A disastrous football season -- involvement in a class scandal -- and suddenly, he finds himself by playing hockey (ice) with a crowd of ""townies"". He can be himself, his father forgotten, and there he is discovered by the Harvard coach and brought into the place he belongs. The author very evidently knows his footfall and his hockey, and presents an authentic picture of the young collegian. Well written -- well paced.
