RURAL CHURCH ADMINISTRATION by Rocknell C. Smith

RURAL CHURCH ADMINISTRATION

By

Publisher: Abingdon-Cokesbury

This is a practical book for the guidance and inspiration of Protestant ministers in rural parishes. The author is well equipped, both by experience and academic training, to be helpful to ministers in rural parishes. He himself has been the pastor of country churches in Massachusetts and Wisconsin and has taken his Ph.D. in rural sociology at the University of Wisconsin. He is presently professor of rural church administration and sociology at Garrett Biblical Institute in Evanston, Illinois. Those coming to the rural church afresh and those who have spent some years in this field will find here many helpful suggestions whereby they may make their program more effective.
