In all, Caras has ""you"" pegged pretty well--""Skunks don't really have ideas, of course,"" and ""your"" insatiable appetite and oblivious sense of security make survival a chancy matter. On the other hand, Miriam Schlein's briefer and equally insouciant introduction told us even more about ""What's Wrong With Being a Skunk (1974).
