KIRKUS REVIEW

Simon, whose first Moses Wine story won an MWA award as well as a superlative sendoff from Ross MacDonald, is back with another appearance of that ""Dick Tracy of the streakers."" The death of a news anchorwoman and attached suicide (?) of a sexologist with ""Faustian lusts"" takes Moses from the Kama Sutra Sexual Phrontisery to the Sexual Liberation League to a more personal investigation of his own. Time will tell (others have already made the big comparisons) whether Wine will age into Spade or Bond, but this is the ultimate zonk--energized to take care of any crisis and pretty funny.
