KIRKUS REVIEW

The text is adapted from the pamphlet Races of Mankind; the pictures from an animated color-film based on the pamphlet. Henry is the lively character-hero of the cartoon, a ""stock-size citizen"" of One Shrinking World, and in a dream is transported into another part of the world, where his intuitive fear and prejudice against differences are challenged- evaluated- and found in need of reassessment. The emphasis on our potential ability to live in peace is heartening- granted re-education. The gay format should help put this across not only to young people (I'd say few at this age level, but might as well start then and keep on to adult years).
