Intended as a supplement to medical care, the text indicates dietary regimes, breathing and relaxing exercises, and disciplines designed to give the subject firm roots in the context of human development. And for those with ime and initiative, a program which might, upon faithful perseverance, prove physically and mentally beneficial.
