KIRKUS REVIEW

An anthology of prognostications and their interpretations which includes along with the visions, short histories of the lives of the clairvoyants, etc. There is St. Odlie's Vision, St. Malachy's Roster, provision of Orval, Mother Shipton, Henrich Holne, the Great Pyramid, the German prophets, and so on. Follows up the Nostradamus series, which sold well. Interpretations of the auguries, a majority pointing to the war's end in 1942 and all differing on post-war conditions, Hitler's death, international and national problems, and comparing them with previous true-false prophecies. May catch the public fancy at this time.
