KIRKUS REVIEW

This takes place up on snowbound Wolf Mountain where Ralph Brace is on another kind of high--he's popped off his landlady and two hitchhikers while shacked up there with an increasingly reluctant young pair. Two Forest Rangers are sent to collar Ralph and when Ralph shoots one of them in the snow, the other finds he's unequal to making the retaliatory kill. A basic action special--even red snow melts without a trace.
