BARCHESTER PILGRIMAGE

Here's a Trollope lover picking up the lost threads of the Barchester stories and characters, and successfully bringing them up to date with much of the contagion of the old charm and flavor. Quietly delightful, and should be sheer joy for other Trollope enthusiasts. Same families -- in later generations -- sketches --short stories -- against the background of a church town on which modernity and the mills are fast encroaching.
