The Syndicate will meet your needs"" was their motto, and they were a group of girls at an English boarding school who were willing to relieve their sexual frustration at the neighboring boys' school. As it was easier, so they thought, to break the ice under strictly commercial circumstances, the boys were catered to for a price, or rather a sliding scale of prices in several categories ranging from Vision Only to Nothing Barred. At night, on the stage of the school gymnasium or beneath it, depending on the category, the young ladies would cavort, under the efficient management of their charmingly conceited and non-participating ring-leader, who eventually blackmails her way out of the school. It's quite a funny little book, if a bit tired towards the end.
