KIRKUS REVIEW

A helpful manual for those who work with four and five year old children under church auspices. It not only outlines the pedagogical and religious principles applicable to teaching children of kindergarten age, but outlines a practical program for a year's work. The author also makes available to the reader a wealth of resources for teaching including an extensive bibliography. The point of view is that of a Protestant liberal who makes use of the principles and techniques developed by modern religious educators.
