A little girl draws a picture of what she wants for Christmas. It is an elaborate picture filled with happy things and from her drawing each member of her family selects what they think she would best like. On Christmas morning they watch with pleasure as she opens her packages, each one wondering if they have made the correct choice. Of course they have, she tells them. Hers was a drawing, not of specific gifts, but of a Merry Christmas.
