There isn't any -- such are his conclusions, after an analysis of the food situation which proves that there may be shortages of what we should like, but not of of what we need. The inter-relating, ten conflicting prerequisites of the food job, with the demands of the military, of Europe, of a civilian population consuming more than ever before, appraised.
