THE COMING BOOM IN REAL ESTATE AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT

This is another of those rush jobs which Simon & Schuster seems to be able to do so effectively, and on which the booksellers have turned a neat bit of plus business. Similar in format to The Coming American Boom, etc. The author is the editor of a national statistical service on real estate, and in this he predicts, convincingly, a tremendous recovery in building construction, rents and prices. He analyses the predicted curve, gives practical guidance on effective adjustment for individuals and organizations, and sounds his warning. The last half of the book answers specific questions as to procedure. Notify real estate people, banks, investment houses in and about your neighborhood.
