FOREVER THE LAND

A ""country chronicle"" which combines a personal commentary by Russell Lord, the illustrations of his wife- some 100 line outs (she illustrated Bromfield's Malabar Farm, Pleasant Valley) and collected pieces from the quarterly- The Land- which Lord edited. For the past ten years Russell Lord has been a primer mover in the Friends of the Land society, which is a ""Non-Profit, Non-Partisan Association for the Conservation of Soil, Rain and Man"".
