KIRKUS REVIEW

The second edition of the one volume encyclopedia published in 1935. This new edition has 10,000 more entries, and 300 more pages -- 3,500 articles on living people. An enormous amount of new material on areas of World War II -- USSR, Asia, Indonesia etc. The articles are well done and easily read. A worthwhile investment in a home or school where a multi-volumed encyclopedia is out of the question. We recommend investigating this for your home and library.
