KIRKUS REVIEW

Peter Barron and his wife Janie with her ""satiable curiceity"" unofficially officiate in the murders of an about-to-be-bride and her stepfather. Emotional entanglements in surplus, financial finagling and a legacy, and plenty of sidelines spur Peter on, in spite of Janey, to get the murderer. Light average -- feminine style -- and not for more solid tastes.
