KIRKUS REVIEW

All in pictures. . . the escapades of a mischievous chimp who escapes from a (highly fanciful) circus parade, is forcibly ejected from the zoo, startles a nursemaid by climbing into the carriage with baby, frightens two girls into overturning their rowboat, is rescued from the water by the still pursuing clown, and returns to the circus in time for the performance. Kiddie cartoon slapstick, and the animals and people are grotesque.
