Once again, bicycling has come into its own with adults, as well as children. Here's a handbook which help chart the way to care of the bicycle, riding technique, choice, and -- for seasonal value particularly -- data on bicycle cycle clubs, etc. This is not intended as a book for wartime use primarily, victory bicycles are ignored and the assumption is that you can go anywhere and buy what you want.
