THE DRAGONS OF BLUELAND

The famous Elmer-dragen sagas never seem to wane in freshness and humor, and this latest suspended fantasy will find an eager audience. The Baby Dragon is happily winging homeward, when he discovers to his horror that his family, ensconced in Blueland, are being netted in a cave by men who plan to capture them for a zoo. Elmer knows immediately what to do, and how he is whisked to Blueland and rescues the mommental dragon family with the aid of horns which the dragons gleefully blast in unison, makes an enchanting bit of earnest nonsense. One rarely encounters Miss Gannett's blend of thrifty story construction and fabulous fantasy in tales of make believe.
