EXERCISE WITHOUT EXERCISE

Here's a book that aims to prove that proper practice in normal activities will supply all the necessary exercise for health and good figures. Most of the world does most of these wrong, -- sitting, walking, breathing, standing, and so on. Concentration and proper knowledge of how they should be done will eventually establish proper habits. A book for those to whom the daily dozen has become an abomination. Perhaps it is too simple a cure-all to be popular.
