FLAGS OF ALL NATIONS

This should prove interesting material to history-minded, young people -- and valuable reference material for school and public libraries. The flags of each sovereign country in full color, with accompanying lucid text telling the circumstances and historical incidents which resulted in the particular symbol being chosen as the flag. What the colors and the design signify; what terminology has developed in relation to flags in general; and a good many items of interest concerning the history of tiniest principalities. Along with the usual flags, there is included the brave new flag of the United Nations.
