CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS: How to Get the Most out of Living

One of those perk up/cheer up frangipanis -- all puff and cream and just about as filling. First there are those billboard slogans on the highways of life: make things better for yourself and those around you. . . time is a priceless asset. . . live each moment. . . don't just drift and dream. . . etc. And buttressing these saws are quotes from the quotable -- celebrities past and present. There are some vague specifics (that's just what they are) for making it, happiness-wise. For example, there's an exercise in relaxation in which you speak silently as you inhale: ""CONSCIOUS HAPPINESS."" Presumably on exhaling you could mention publication date and with the remaining CO explain why you're wasting your time reading this.
