The directory information which was the meat of the 1976 edition has been updated to reflect today's programs in rehabilitation and special education as well as new policy-making groups such as the Architectural Barriers Program which works to make planners and builders aware of the needs of the handicapped. Unfortunately, the many guidance counselor cliches remain, but the addresses -- always useful -- will be more so in their revised, current form.
