KIRKUS REVIEW

Three new plays- the title play, a three act piece attacking in true O'Casey fashion, what he feels is the humbug of Irish Catholicism; Figure in the Night, a short play, set in Dublin, and pleading for pagan freedom; and The Moon Shines on Kyienamoe, which those seeking playable one act plays will welcome with delight. Figure is probably the most characteristic of this notable prose-poet. None of the plays have been produced. For play reading groups this will be a newsworthy event.
