Wind is air that moves. You can feel it but you can't see it. It can be warm and dry or cool and moist, gentle or strong. Wind makes things move, makes sounds -- sometimes music, carries smells, and -- via windmills and boat sails -- helps us work and play. Thus a number of observations preschoolers will have already made are combined with a few that might not have occurred to them, and illustrated with uniformly gentle and similarly unelaborated pencil and soft wash drawings. Pleasant enough if barely perceptible.
