Sure works up an appetite! There's nothing terribly wrong with Miss Simon's mildly behavioral approach to eating problems, but with all the titled steps to learn, the record-keeping and Things-To-Do (the idea is to eradicate all those little habitual blocks to sensible eating programs) it doesn't leave one much time to forget food -- let alone bathe. But for masochistic hard-core feeders it may work.
