KIRKUS REVIEW

This book tries to bring the ""couch into the investor's living room""--but it may find the more sophisticated investor asleep on the couch. It's an attempt to show that emotionally influenced stockholder actions doom market transactions; rationalizing (bad); hope, greed and fear (worse); sexual considerations (is the little woman in the market trying to show she can keep up in a man's world?), etc. all through rather simplistic situations which might take place at your friendly brokerage, Vintage & Co. A limit order?
