Englebardt cites scientific evidence--rat and people studies--to support his claim that frequent small meals, providing a full range of nutrients, can help weight reduction as well or better than three large meals, especially when combined with exercise. He adds sample menus and throws in some behavior modification techniques as well. Will people swallow this? Maybe, because it goes down easy, but it doesn't square with the principles espoused in Rating the Diets.
