POSTCARDS FROM DELAPLANE

Some verbal, and unabashed annotations, these postcards provide an itinerant correspondent's course from England to Lisbon, Rome to Paris, New York to California, and on to Mexico, Panama, Jamaica, Rawaii, Toyko and Hong Kong. Itinerant too are the communications which deal with anything from past history to the contemporary cost of living, bathrooms to barrooms, geisha girls to his own eight year old, commercials, football, expectant motherhood, King Paul of Greece, food here and there, vacations, Calypso music, bullfighting, etc. etc. And they sustain a trans-continental continuity of a casual columnist who narrows the world to spot contacts and responses. A little goes a long way.
