KIRKUS REVIEW

The Bear family demonstrates the meaning of time through their many activities: it takes a second to yawn, a minute to tie shoes, an hour to pick out a present; even a century is represented (not very plausibly). A clear, appealing concept book, with humorous, serviceable, but undistinguished illustrations.
