This advice extends to the clubhouse, to dress, to personal relationships (one male/female with a natty little scorecard) to ""Spectatorship"" to ""Rare Ploys and Peculiar Instances"" and it's so boyish British it would drive Jack Nicklaus to scuba-diving. Tee hee.
