ALIAS HIS WIFE

Ross Quarent married young and divorced early. At least he thought he was divorced until his second wife started receiving anonymous notes to the effect that her maiden name was her legal one, her child illegitimate and her husband open to blackmail because of his bigamy. The scene is Florida and the plot gets overheated toward the end, but it's something better than average.
