KIRKUS REVIEW

As a TV show that hits at the same level as Howdy Doodie, it is nevertheless eclipsed by the latter's popularity. And in book form Rootie Kazootie's sleuthings after Poison Zoomack who stole the dots off Polka Dottie's dresses, are a little on the garish side.
