A beautiful Senorita trapped by desperate terrorists in a ghostly, forgotten secret convent; a fair haired North American writer searching for her as well as the desperadoes he plans to use in a book; and long suffering Inspector Menendes trusting to threads of logic and wisps of intuition--these all eventually converge beneath The Rose Window for a predictable but competent conclusion. The mood of Mexico is as vibrant as a mariache band and should appeal to the ladies.
