Another chocolate compendium for 1968 and this one is superior in general approach and culinary delicacy to The Big Chocolate Cookbook (p. 378). Predictably there is the run of desserts--puddings, sauces, cakes, frozen desserts, cookies, etc.--and that Mexican turkey recipe! The recipes require care, patience and a respectful appreciation for the vagaries of beaten eggs, spinning sugar and properly handled chocolate. Fine fare for the party splash, the family indulgence.
