KIRKUS REVIEW

A belligerent champion of the New Deal extols the efficiency of government enterprise and condemns all private business as extravagant, wasteful and stupid. Explaining the social necessity and wisdom of expenses incurred in Governmental Administration, proving that the government must extend its control and regulation of business for national welfare. Not ""Rod"" or communistic propaganda, and although it may seem radical today, might be ultra-conservative by next year.
