HOW TO PLAY A BETTER GAME OF BRIDGE

The well known British star who became even better known in this country after the imputed scandal of a few seasons ago provides a general resume of the game from counting points to counting hands. This is for the player who is moderately well along and the book, rather short, is about evenly divided between bidding and play. An occasional Anglicism (""rag cards"") or unStandard American style of play should not impede as there are many specific pointers throughout. And lots of hands diagrammed along with Mr. Reese's firm injunctions. For that intermediate player and market and rubber not duplicate oriented.
