KIRKUS REVIEW

This is no easy road to beauty, but a conscientiously presented study of the necessities in good health, physical and nervous stamina, proper exercise and diet- and sufficient rest. Hunt heads the Beverly Hills Health Club and has helped many stars to keep their rating. He feels that charm and fascination are created, not automatic; that cleanliness, grooming, physical radiance are more vital than beauty. He feels it equally important for business and home- for holding your man. Think right, live right, be right- and take the necessary steps to get into shape and stay that way. He then discusses specific care of skin, nails, hair; diet; exercises (no diagrams or captions with this section so we take it on faith the finished book will have them); clothes; cosmetics; perfume- all factors in the glamour he feels can be achieved.
